KREASI Ketapang, implemented by Majelis Dikdasmen dan PNF PP Muhammadiyah, held activation series of Pusat Kegiatan Gugur (PKG) or Cluster Activity Center activities across several early childhood education (PAUD) institutions in Delta Pawan Subdistrict on 11 and 15 September 2025. This initiative aimed to strengthen collaboration among early childhood education institutions and to promote reflective, adaptive, and evidence-based teaching practices.
With the spirit of “One Step Together, A Thousand Meaningful Changes,” the event was attended by dozens of teachers and school principals from five PAUD clusters and featured speakers from the subdistrict education supervisors and KREASI facilitators.
In her opening remarks, the Early Childhood Education Supervisor of Delta Pawan Subdistrict, Dwi Yanti Winarsih, emphasized the importance of synergy and good practices among institutions.
“This PKG forum must be a meeting point for sharing, strengthening one another, and jointly improving the quality of learning,” she stated.
The sessions included topics such as the growth mindset, which encourages teachers to become lifelong learners, and strengthening early literacy and numeracy through contextual and engaging approaches. Participants explored creative teaching methods, such as using play money, counting steps, or shape hunts around their environment.

KREASI Ketapang Program Coordinator, Santoso Setio, stated that training is not merely a transfer of knowledge but a transformation of thinking.
“What we deliver to students reflects what’s in our minds. When teachers grow, learning evolves with them,” he emphasized.
The activity concluded with the distribution of literacy learning materials to each school and a joint commitment to establish PKG as a sustainable collaborative space. This activation marks the first step toward more inclusive, reflective, and meaningful early childhood education in Ketapang District.
