The Education Ecosystem Working Group (Pokja Ekosistem Pendidikan) of Tanggamus held a reflection and evaluation meeting on program initiative on Friday, 12 December 2025, in Bulok sub-district, Tanggamus. The meeting was attended by working group members representing the regency government, village (pekon) government, PAUD and primary school teachers, as well as literacy program facilitators.
The activity aimed to review the implementation of the working group’s programs throughout 2025, identify achievements and challenges, and formulate improvement steps for the coming year. During the discussion sessions, participants shared their experiences regarding the implementation of solutions over the past year.
The results of this reflection and evaluation are expected to serve as input to strengthen policies and programs at the regency level. The Education Ecosystem Working Group reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthening cross-sector collaboration to create a learning ecosystem that is more child-friendly, inclusive, and community-based.
