KREASI Kayong Utara Holds Deep Learning Training for Early Childhood Teachers from Three Subdistricts

KREASI Kayong Utara held a meeting of the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Cluster Activity Center (PKG) from three subdistricts in Kayong Utara—Sukadana, Simpang Hilir, and Teluk Batang—on 6–8 November 2025 in Sukadana. The agenda of the meeting was a Deep Learning Training, attended by PAUD educators who are committed to improving the quality of learning based on children’s needs and strengthening teachers’ competencies in implementing active and meaningful learning approaches.

Over the three-day program, participants received intensive support in the form of presentations, group discussions, and hands-on practice on deep learning strategies. PKG facilitators provided various examples of creative lesson designs and ways to manage PAUD classrooms to be more responsive, inclusive, and enjoyable. The activity also served as a space for collaboration among educators across subdistricts to share experiences, challenges, and best practices in early childhood learning.

The training is expected to strengthen the capacity of PAUD teachers as professional educators who understand child development holistically. Through this activity, educators in Kayong Utara Regency are encouraged to consistently implement deep learning so that young children can grow in a safe, active, and child-centered learning environment. This initiative reaffirms the PKG’s commitment to supporting improvements in the quality of early childhood education in Kayong Utara.
