Jejak KREASI 4 & 5 Highlight Child Protection and Storytelling Practices 

The fourth Jejak KREASI webinar was a special edition held as part of the World Children’s Day series on 21 November 2025. Jejak KREASI 4 carried the theme “Strengthening Children’s Character and Protection in Educational Settings” and was attended by 492 participants. 

The discussion featured four key cross-sector speakers: Acting Deputy for Special Child Protection at the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA RI), Ratna Susianawati; Head of the Center for Character Strengthening at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen RI), Rusprita Putri Utami; Director of Curriculum, Facilities, Institutions, and Student Affairs for Madrasah at the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag RI), Prof. Dr. Nyayu Khodijah; as well as primary education practitioner and CEO of Smartick Indonesia, Galih Sulistyaningra. 

The speakers highlighted issues of violence and bullying in schools, the importance of student character and emotional well-being, the strengthening of child protection ecosystems in schools and madrasahs, the role of families and communities, and national strategies through regulations, School Child Protection Task Forces (TPPK), special task forces, and the SAPA 129 helpline. Galih added practical perspectives from classrooms and parenting, emphasizing the need for emotionally safe spaces and empathetic communication for children. 

Meanwhile, the fifth Jejak KREASI edition focused on storytelling, featuring Dongeng Academy Co-Founder Ahmad Fauzan (popularly known as Kak Ojan) and the Director of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) at Kemendikdasmen, Nia Nurhasanah. The event, held on 15 December 2025, was filled with live storytelling demonstrations by Kak Ojan, which were followed enthusiastically by several participants joining online.
