The Chief of Party KREASI, Alifah Lestari paid courtesy visits to two KREASI consultants in October 2025 to strengthen collaboration for key program components. The first visit was to the Pusat Studi Pendidikan dan Kebijakan (PSPK), led by Nisa Felicia, which serves as KREASI’s partner for the implementation of the baseline qualitative study. In this meeting, both parties discussed the design, scope, and expected use of baseline findings to inform program strategies in eight intervention districts.
In the same month, Alifah also met with INSPIRASI Foundation, led by Patrya Pratama, to coordinate the development of training modules and capacity-building activities on educational leadership. The series of meetings was complemented by an audience with Iwan Junaedi, Director of School Principals, School Supervisors, and Education Personnel (KSPSTK) Kemendikdasmen, to ensure alignment of KREASI’s leadership strengthening agenda with national policies and teacher development frameworks.
