KREASI Tanggamus, implemented by the Ma’arif NU Education Institute, organized a parenting session titled “Positive Parenting, Quality Generation” in Pugung and Bulok Subdistricts on 26–27 September 2025.
The activity was attended by parents from various backgrounds who enthusiastically took part in discussions on the role of parenting in shaping children’s character.
Through interactive sessions facilitated by the KREASI team, participants were encouraged to understand the importance of applying positive parenting at home, building warm and open communication with children, and becoming good role models in everyday life.
The session also served as a space for participants to share experiences regarding the challenges and best practices they apply in raising children. It is hoped that this activity will strengthen the role of families as the primary foundation in supporting children’s development—emotionally, socially, and academically—while creating a safe, loving, and learning-friendly home environment.

The Program of KREASI or Kolaborasi untuk Edukasi Anak Indonesia (Collaboration for the Education of Indonesian Children) is funded by the Global Partnership for Education, developed by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs. KREASI in Tanggamus is being implemented by Save the Children and local implementing partner Lembaga Pendidikan Maarif NU, support by the Government of Tanggamus with aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by strengthening teaching, learning, and student development.
