KREASI Kayong Utara, implemented by Majelis Dikdasmen dan PNF PP Muhammadiyah, conducted a Teacher Working Group (KKG) Capacity Building Activity with the theme “7 Excellent Guidance and Counseling Techniques: Precise Guidance, Excellent Generation” in Sukadana on 29–30 September 2025.
The activity was officially opened by Head of the Education Office of Kayong Utara Regency, Jumadi, and was attended by KKG representatives from various educational institutions.
Speakers in the activity included personnel from BBGTK West Java Province, namely Musyarofah and Sulastri Handayani, as well as from BGTK West Kalimantan, namely Muhamat Hidayatul Ridho and Tomy Suganda. They provided teachers with skills to implement the 7 Excellent Guidance and Counseling Techniques as a strategic approach to guidance and counseling services in elementary schools.
Through this activity, teachers are expected to enhance their competencies in delivering effective guidance, fostering student discipline, and creating a healthy, child-friendly school climate. The activity also served as a platform for collaboration among KKGs to strengthen innovation in guidance and counseling-based learning.
Moving forward, the outcomes of this activity are expected to be sustainably implemented in schools. By applying the 7 Excellent Guidance and Counseling Techniques, KKGs in both madrasahs and public elementary schools in Kayong Utara are anticipated to contribute to shaping an intelligent, strong-charactered, and competitive generation, in line with the vision of realizing the Golden Generation of Kayong Utara.
