KREASI Nias Utara held an In-House Training (IHT) under the theme “Inspiring Good Practices from Diverse Learning Resources to Improve Literacy and Numeracy”, conducted simultaneously across 10 early childhood education (PAUD) and primary school (SD) institutions.
A total of 66 teachers—from PAUD level to Grade 3 of primary school—participated in the training sessions, which were facilitated by 10 KREASI Master Trainers (MT). This initiative followed up on the MT Series 8 training held in June, and marked the initial step toward implementing contextual and engaging learning based on varied educational resources.
The training sessions went beyond lectures and presentations, incorporating two-way dialogues between participants and the MT. Each school adapted its own style and environment for the training, but all remained focused on a shared objective: enhancing the quality of teaching through relevant and applicable approaches.
