Nias Utara
Nias Utara is a regency on Nias Island, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, with its capital in Lotu. Inaugurated on October 29, 2008 as a result of the expansion of Nias Regency, this regency covers an area of approximately 1,242.14 km² and has a population of approximately 153,174 people in 2024. Its administrative area consists of 11 sub-districts, 1 sub-district, and 113 villages. The majority of the population is Christian, with 79.59% Protestant and 15.31% Catholic. Nias Selatan is a regency on Nias Island, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, with its capital in Teluk Dalam. Administratively, Nias Selatan consists of 35 sub-districts and 461 villages. The majority of the population is Christian, with 79.59% Protestant and 15.31% Catholic.
