KIX EMAP Learning Cycle Case Study: Enhancing Gender Inclusivity in Indonesia's School Leadership Pathway

The policy brief entitled “Enhancing Gender Inclusivity in Indonesia’s School Leadership Pathway”, developed by the Indonesia team under the Learning Cycle 6 of the KIX EMAP Hub, has been officially published.

The document examines key learnings, challenges, and policy and practice recommendations developed within the context of the KIX EMAP Learning Cycle “Increasing Women’s Representation in School Leadership”, aimed at promoting more gender-inclusive school leadership in Indonesia.

This policy brief was developed through a collaborative effort involving representatives from:
– Center for Education Standards and Policy (PSKP)
– ⁠Center for Education Studies and Policy (PSPK)
– ⁠Save the Children (STC)
– ⁠Santo Paulus Catholic University of Ruteng
