Bupati Halmahera Utara, Piet Hein Babua, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Save the Children on 4 November 2025.
The memorandum outlines a collaboration to improve the quality of education in Halmahera Utara through the Program of KREASI (Kolaborasi untuk Edukasi Anak Indonesia) implemented by Save the Children.
